Arnold Rundle was an auto parts distributor.

History Edit

When Rundle heard from his friend Falcone about a chase he had been in with Batman, he checked recent orders and found some for the same address that could be used to repair the Batmobile, which had suffered serious damage. Rundle had been doing this for some time; he had a list of times the Batmobile had been reported damaged and relevant parts ordered. He told Falcone, who brought him to his boss, Penguin. Penguin was pleased, and offered Rundle $400.000 for the information. But he could never spend it; Penguin sent Rundle on a boatride through the sewers, that eventually ended in a giant whirlpool.
