The Bat-Mite was a robot created by Karl Rossum.

History Edit

When Batman and Robin went to consult Rossum about a robot used to spring Mister Freeze, they were surprised the door was answered by a small flying figure dressed as a bat, claiming to be their biggest fan. Directly after, he malfunctioned and crashed to earth. Rossum complained that he never could get its programming right.

Background information Edit

Bat-Mite was a lighthearted addition to the Batman family; he was an imp from the fifth dimension though more of a nuisance than a menace like Mr. Mxyzptlk.
