Bouncing Boy was a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th Century. He had the ability to inflate himself like a ball and bounce.

When the Fatal Five took control of several members of the Legion, Bouncing Boy, along with Brainiac 5 were the only members of the team left. He came back to the early 21st century, via time travel, and enlists the aid of John Stewart, Supergirl and Green Arrow to help combat the Fatal Five.
