Cerestone was an experimental hormone developed by Wayne-Powers that accelerated plant growth. It was estimated to revolutionize farming industry. During a heist to the company's laboratory, Charlie Bigelow was soaked in the chemicals and mutated into the brute known as "Big Time."

This chemical was also used in Ronnie Boxer's experiments to enhance dogs for illegal games.
