The depicted subject bears the likeness of Devilance from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness.
In the DC Comics, Devilance the Pursuer was a New God of Apokolips and the hunter of Darkseid. He was frequently an enemy of the Forever People, whom Darkseid wished to destroy as they thwarted his efforts to secure the Anti-Life Equation.
