The depicted subject bears the likeness of Doctor Bedlam from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness.
In the DC Comics, Doctor Bedlam is a New God of Apokolips and the chief scientist of Darkseid. He is a being of pure psionic energy which enhabites genetically based robots called animates which he uses a hosts. He was frequently an enemy of Mister Miracle.
