Doctor Spectro was only seen in the meetings of the villainous organization including the meeting held by the Flash whose mind was stuck in Lex Luthor's body. He never took part in any major event, so his fate is not known.

The depicted subject bears the likeness of Doctor Spectro from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness.Doctor Spectro is Tom Emery, an inventor who created prisms that could influence emotion. He was forced by criminals to use his invention in bank robberies. When he refused to help the crooks, they pushed him into his invention which gave him the ability to affect emotion. Doctor Spectro was originally an enemy of Captain Atom.
