Emperor Spooj was an alien sovereign.
History[]
After Sqweek stole from his treasury, Spooj sent Lobo after him. But when he falsely learned from Gnaww that Lobo had taken on another job on the side, he put a bounty on the Czarnian's head too.
After Lobo got back with Sqweek and Gnaww and explained why he was late coming back to the emperor's palace, Spooj rescinded the bounty on Lobo and punished Gnaww and his gang for lying to him by putting them on cleaner duty.
