Flashpoint - 23 was one of the Cadmus files accessed by The Question in the Justice League Unlimited episode "Question Authority". The attack was ordered in the episode "Flashpoint".

The title of this article, and thus the subject of that Cadmus file are conjectural based on the facts above and in absence of a name for the operation described.
