Gwen Evans was a social worker from Twin Cities, Minnesota.
History[]
Gwen Evans was in charge of foster records at Twin Cities. As such, she proved a perfect ally for Harry Lux' scheme. For the show he produced, Skye's the Limit, he needed castaway children looking for their family. Gwen provided them; Harry hired actors to play the family members. After the show, Gwen returned the children to their foster homes.
When Zeta exposed Harry Lux, he and Gwen were arrested.
