Istivan Hegedesh was a weapons designer for ForceTech.
History[]
Hegedesh worked with Jim Tate before, and when his old friend was looking for a job with ForceTech, he at first had to disappoint him. However, ForceTech had some contacts with a shady country under a weapons embargo, that would be quite interested in one of Tate's old designs, a sonic wave emitter. Hegedesh acted as a liaison between Tate and ForceTech. Eventually, Tate reneged on the deal, and with help from Batman, Hegedesh was arrested.
