Simmons is an iconic actor, best known for his portrayals of Emil Skoda in Law & Order, Vernon Schillinger in HBO's Oz and J. Jonah Jameson in the live-action Spider-man films. Along with television and cinema roles, Simmons also does voicework: notably, the Yellow M&M (with Billy West as Red and Cree Summer as Green) and Martin Smarty in Kim Possible.
