Jordan Hill was the only child of Hamilton Hill.

Jordan had a strained relationship with his father, which became only more agitated when the mayor threw a party for Jordan's birthday. Jordan said that the party was not truly for him, but for his father's political acquaintances. Jordan, seeing Jekko the Clown (who was, in reality, The Joker) at the party, ran away from home to find the performer and emulate his act. The Joker later revealed his identity to Jordan, and used him as bait for Batman. After a battle atop a roller coaster, Joker's plan was foiled, and Jordan was rescued and brought home to his father. They were both extremely relieved to see one another, and their family bond became stronger than ever.
