Major Disaster was one of the many villains who first appeared when Lex Luthor joined Grodd's Secret Society. He took part in the attack on Gorilla City and was seen blasting out of the ground near Solovar. Eventually, the Justice League foiled the villains' plan. Later, Major Disaster sided with Grodd during the mutiny against Luthor. He was hit by Volcana's fire blast. Strangely, Major Disaster was seen in Luthor's group when Killer Frost froze his allies. His ultimate fate is not shown.

The depicted subject bears the likeness of Major Disaster from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness. In the DC Comics, Major Disaster is Paul Booker, a simple crook who accidentally discovered Green Lantern and Flash's true identities. Deciding to use this knowledge to his advantage, Booker had criminal scientists create devices that enabled him to create disasters.
