Mera was the Queen of Atlantis. She was a good Queen and ruled beside her husband Aquaman. She had a son, who was next in line for the throne of Atlantis. Mera has recently appeared alongside her husband to help protect Atlantis with Dr. Fate, his wife Inza and Solomon Grundy. She later appeared again at the funeral of Superman.
