Michael York (b. 27 Mar., 1942) is a veteran English stage, film, and television actor. His early film work includes Franco Zefferelli's Shakespearean films The Taming of the Shrew and Romeo and Juliet, the ensemble cast film of Murder On The Orient Express. Probably his best-known work is Logan 5 in the 1976 film Logan's Run, and, more recently, as Basil Exposition in the Austin Powers films.
