Mount Olympus was the home of the Greek Gods.

Three thousand years ago, the Titans waged a war with the Gods. Hades made a pact with the Titans to open the gates of Olympus, tricking his lover Hippolyta to do the act itself. However, the battle went in the Gods favor. In punishment, Zeus banished Hades to Tartarus.[1]
