The Puzzler was one of the villains who greeted Lex Luthor at the Legion's Headquarters' entrance. He took part in the attack on Gorilla City but was easily taken out by Batman. The Puzzler was last seen in the meeting room when Doctor Polaris challenged Luthor's position as leader. His ultimate fate is unknown.

The depicted subject bears the likeness of Puzzler from the DC Comics; however, the DCAU character was never named on-screen, or otherwise. The title of this article is conjecture based on the character's likeness. In the DC Comics, The Puzzler's real name is not known. He is a minor foe of Superman who is obsessed with games and puzzles. His costume in the show appears to be based on the second Puzzler's who is female and whose body is composed of large puzzle pieces which she has control over.
