to

The Titans are a group of superheroes. Robin was with the Titans at the time of Static's arrival in Gotham City with Batman. (SS: "Hard As Nails")

Batman only states that Robin is "with the Titans". He does not mention whether they are in Gotham, nor does he state that he joined the team, only that he is with them. It is just as likely that Robin was just teaming up with them temporarily like Batman and Static were. --BoneGnawer 12:11, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
