[edit] Booster Gold

I already asked you once to keep the articles' main body in-universe. Please, confine all comics background to the proper section. ― Thailog 20:58, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

Sorry about that...um, is this where I'm supposed to reply? Still unclear on it. I suppose you're right about comics history. I'll leave it out when it's too much from here. I just like filling in the gaps that the show left wide open, particularly since most of these characters won't be heard from again on TV barring a miracle. Edit what you must and I'll try and keep my contributions a little tighter.
Yup, you can reply here. I see you're unaccustomed to Wikis. It's alright. I knew very little when I arrived here too.

As far as Comics background is concerned, it's OK to include some info on characters, particularly the ones, like you said, that are given very little background on the show. Seeing as this Wikia is focused on the Animated Universe, the main body of the articles should contain information seen or inferred on the show. All the rest needs to be separated. Just wanted to warn you before it came down to reword (or worse, delete) entire bodies of your work, which is pretty good, btw.<p>Also, don't forget to sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~) ― Thailog 21:24, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

Hello, I am one of the admins here. I must reiterate Thailog's comments. I'm glad that you're a prolific contributor, but please keep articles on in-universe subjects in an in-universe perspective and refrain from including detailed discussions of DC Comics subjects and/or information. Short comments in the Background Info section are acceptable, but multiple paragraphs or entire articles on DC Comics info are not. That sort of info belongs on a DC Comics wiki. I am asking that you please familiarize yourself with and abide by our guidelines. I am noticing a pattern of ignoring warnings here based on your contributions today, and I don't want to escalate the response. --BoneGnawer 17:17, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

Okay. I'm not opposed to admins erasing or editing stuff as necessary. Mcvmai 05:35, 4 January 2007 (UTC)

The point I'm trying to make is to follow the guidelines, not to write whatever comes to mind and leave it to us to clean up after you. You've written some great stuff, but we are a community that operates under guidelines. I'm asking you to follow the guidelines. Thanks. --BoneGnawer 05:39, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
