Vilmos Egans was the Kaznian Minister of Commerce in the late 21st century.
Egans visited Gotham City allegedly to attend to the World Trade conference. Shortly after his arrival, he met with Derek Powers, who pitched him the nerve gas he had been developing. Egans apparently needed a weapon to purge the six armored divisions on the border of Kaznia. He purchased the deadly weapon, but he never got it, since Batman intercepted the shipment.
